All incoming exchange students are required to apply through online application in Mobility-Online system. Application is available on our websites from March 15 (academic year, autumn semester) and from August 15 (spring semester). > Exchange student admissions > How to apply

Application deadline for the academic year and autumn semester is May 15.

Application deadline for the spring semester is October 15.

Original application form and Learning Agreement (created in Mobility-Online) are required to post to International Services of LUT by May 31/October 31 at the latest. See more information enclosed on ‘Instructions for Coordinators’. Do not send any application documents by fax or e-mail.

Students must create the Learning Agreement in Mobility-Online, but additionally you can submit (by post or e-mail) the learning agreement of your institution to be signed by LUT.

Please advice your students to read carefully Applicant’s Guide - Academic Year 2012-2013 (pdf) which guides them through the application process. Guide is available on à Exchange students à Exchange student admissions à How to apply

or via direct link:

Courses for exchange students 2012-2013 are available March 15 onwards on our websites à Exchange students à Courses in English

Please note that course information from previous years is not valid and students must not choose courses based on them. Language courses 2012-2013 are published in late spring/early summer so they should be excluded from the first learning agreement.

We would like to emphasize that we are able to accept only students who have the relevant engineering or business background/prerequisites to participate in LUT courses. Therefore it is very important that students get acquainted with the course descriptions and choose courses on appropriate level since majority of the courses are offered at Master/advanced level.
